Awards (Design and Construction) - Our builder, Dale Alcock, entered our house in the HIA awards as it is an unusual one off design created specially for a Bed and Breakfast with many interesting features and we were delighted to find that we were chosen as a finalist in our Category.

There is always something of interest in Perth. As we are only minutes away from the city centre you will have no trouble finding something to do which is within easy reach.

Kings Park is a must for all visitors especially during the Wild Flower Festival. Over six million people visit Kings Park each year. It is also the venue for open air theatre and musicals.  Check out their wonderful native flower displays during the months of September and October - the Kangaroo Paws in many different colours are just spectacular.

Now is the time to visit the Swan Valley for Spring in the Valley.  You can either drive around the area yourself sampling all the lovely produce and wines but of course, the safest way to do it if you are intending to sample a few different wines is to go on an organised tour - have a look at what is on offer at www.fatdecanter.com.au - Matt will be happy to help you plan a trip.

Fishing Day Out - Andre recently took a day tour on a 75m boat out of Hillarys Harbour with some visiting members of his family and came back with a few fish for the freezer.  It was a great day out (although an early start leaving at 6am) and very well organised with breakfast, morning tea and lunch all provided.

We keep a selection of brochures and a list of events and places to see making sure your stay with us is a pleasant one.
