Booking Terms and Conditions

Como Waters will endeavour to accommodate your room request but reserves the right to allocate you a different room if necessary.

A deposit of one night needs to be paid to confirm your booking. 

Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of the full amount from your credit card by Como Waters.  However, if the room is relet for the period of your booking, or part of it, either no deduction will be made or only the days not sold will be deducted.

In the event of premature departure, the full extent of your stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged. 

We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforseen circumstances.
