Discounted rate for stays of 7 nights or longer by negotiation if booked direct

If an early check in is required, we will endeavour to meet your request and have your room ready for you.

If a late check in is required, this is not a problem - just contact us by email for entry instructions after 10.00pm

Booking terms & conditions

Como Waters will endeavour to accommodate your room request but reserves the right to allocate you a different room if necessary.

A deposit of one night needs to be paid to confirm your booking. 

Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of the full amount from your credit card by Como Waters.  However, if the room is relet for the period of your booking, or part of it, either no deduction will be made or only the days not sold will be deducted.

In the event of premature departure, the full extent of your stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged. 

We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforseen circumstances.
